Kathryn Odom graduated with her bachelor’s degree in Biology from the Georgia Institute of Technology. After graduation, she worked in HIV pathogenesis research at Yerkes National Primate Research Center at Emory University. She earned her Master of Medical Science in Physician Assistant Studies at Mercer University, and is certified by the National Commission of Physician Assistants. In addition to infectious diseases, she has previous clinical experience in hospital medicine and sleep medicine.
In her free time, she enjoys cheering on her Yellow Jackets, traveling, and spending time with her husband and daughter.
