Dr Lumpkins earned her undergraduate degree in biology at the University of Georgia in 2012. She completed her medical education at the Medical College of Georgia in 2016. She moved to Nashville, TN, where she completed her Internal Medicine Residency and subsequent Infectious disease Fellowship at Vanderbilt University Medical Center. Dr Lumpkins joined the practice in August 2021.
Dr Lumpkins is focused on general infectious disease but has a particular interest in the management of non-tuberculous mycobacterial infections and HIV care. She is board-certified in Internal Medicine and Infectious Diseases. She is a member of the Infectious Diseases Society of America.
She is married with one lovely daughter. She enjoys spending her time with her family, reading, and enjoying a new podcast.
