Steven Barton received his undergraduate degree from Temple University and his Master of Medical Science degree from the Emory University School of Medicine. He joined the practice in 2004. Steven has a special interest in HIV medicine, PrEP, STI treatment/prevention, and clinical research. He currently coordinates all the HIV investigational drug trials conducted in our office. He is board certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants, and an active member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants and the Georgia Association of Physician Assistants.
Steven was born and raised in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. In his spare time, he enjoys traveling, cooking, outdoor activities, and spending family time with his husband and their son.
