Dr Tsay attended medical school at the University of Alabama at Birmingham School of Medicine. She moved to New York, NY to complete internal medicine residency at Columbia University-New York Presbyterian Hospital. She completed infectious disease fellowship at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia, where she also completed a certificate program in clinical research and biostatistics.
Dr Tsay moved to Atlanta in 2016 to join the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) Epidemic Intelligence Service working in the Mycotic Diseases Branch (fungal infections). She started working with the Atlanta ID Group Fayetteville office on weekends in 2018 and continued to work at CDC in the Division of Healthcare Quality Promotion where she led outpatient antibiotic stewardship work. Dr Tsay joined the Atlanta ID Group full time in fall 2022. She is board certified in Internal Medicine and Infectious Diseases.
Dr Tsay and her husband have two energetic young boys. In her spare time, she enjoys reading and traveling.
